Bella is from Allison Park, PA and attends James Madison University where she majors in Sports Recreation Management and plays on the Softball team. As a freshman she started in all 47 games at catcher and hit 7 home runs and 6 doubles. Continuing her career became an All-Sun Belt First Team and picked up her 100th career hit against Southern Miss in the first round of the Sun Belt Championship. In 2021 Bella also worked hard to raise $80,663.43 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
